Playroom Cafe Hoffman Estates

We had an incredible experience at Playroom Cafe Social in Hoffman Estates and it was definitely the BEST birthday party experience we have had (and we've had alot between our two kids!). We had our sons 2nd birthday here and from the second we walked in Danielle and the rest of the team were on top of it. Danielle took care of EVERYTHING and made my job as mom and party host so easy! I actually got to enjoy the party and not worry about setting everything up and running around. We received so many compliments from our friends and family on how clean the place was. We could not be happier with our party here and I can't wait to go back! Thank you Danielle and team!

We celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday here with a big group of guests, and everything was absolutely wonderful. 🤍 A huge thank you to Playroom Cafe and the entire team for making the day feel so easy, beautiful, and stress-free. The food was delicious, and everything was thoughtfully arranged and aesthetically pleasing. As organizers, my husband and I were able to truly relax and enjoy the moment without worrying about the details — everything was taken care of. A special thank you to Natalia for being so attentive and always checking if we needed anything — it made a big difference. We also really appreciated the help with arranging the goody bags, and of course, the option to enjoy a couple of glasses of champagne made the experience even more special. Thank you for such a warm and memorable celebration 🤍

The Playroom Cafe in Hoffman Estates is an amazing place to bring your child to run wild and burn off all that extra energy. It’s such a fun and welcoming space for kids, and parents can usually relax in the waiting area right next to the play zone while still keeping their child in clear view. On busier days, you may have to sit a little farther away if the seats closest to the play area are taken, but the overall setup is still great. They also have a wonderful selection of food and drinks, including pizza, snacks, water, coffee, smoothies, and more, which makes the experience even better for both kids and parents. The only thing I would love to see added is a live surveillance view of the play area on a TV, so parents can keep an eye on their child or children when they’re not in direct view, especially during busy times. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for families, and I highly recommend it. Here’s a slightly more glowing version if you want it to sound even more amazing: The Playroom Cafe in Hoffman Estates is an absolute gem for families. It’s the perfect place to bring your child to run, play, and burn off all that extra energy in a safe, fun, and exciting environmen

Hosted my son’s 1st birthday party here and it was incredible! The staff were all so kind and helpful and the playroom, pristine! We traveled an hour to get here (in a snowstorm) and it was worth the commute. We cannot wait to visit again. Thank you playroom cafe for a wonderful memorable 1st birthday celebration! Lastly, the food was SO good!

We absolutely love Playroom Cafe Social in Hoffman Estates! We’ve been here several times already with our kids — both just for playtime and for birthday parties — and every single visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff is truly incredible: always welcoming, patient, understanding, and very professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and the families who come in. The space is always very clean, well organized, and safe, which is so important as a parent. The food is delicious (a big bonus!), and the atmosphere is calm, fun, and thoughtfully designed for kids. Our children are always happy to be there and never want to leave. Highly recommend this place for everyday play or special celebrations — it’s become one of our favorite spots, and we’ll definitely keep coming back! 💛
